The Stallions of Meadow Starr Ranch

Here at Meadow Starr Ranch, we are a small breeding facility of beautiful quality HOMOZYGOUS black and white Paint, HOMOZYGOUS Black Arabians as well as Black and White Pinto Arabians, located in Kettle Falls, WA. Country living at its best, and love calling it ‘home.’ I had always followed my dreams my entire life, so it was no secret that breeding horses would become my life’s journey, my passion, to say the least. I have been more than blessed to have owned and bred some amazing stallions. My first love with ‘colored’ horses was a Pinto Arabian stallion some of you may remember named “River Chief.” His outlandish color turned every head that saw him. That was it, I was hooked!!! As time went by, I then narrowed down my breeding program to target Homozygous Black Paint horses as my focus, that is when I purchased APHA Black Homozygous World Champion Producer, “Mr Bo Button” as a weanling. Like “River Chief,” “Bo” put me on the map and set me up for a journey I had no idea that it was going to fall in my lap with his popularity. In 2016, I purchased “notorious Bp,” the exotic BLACK ‘homozygous black’ son of International Champion stallion, “Magic Magnifique.” notorious is siring gorgeous foals with amazing faces!! Adding one more to the mix, I purchased 16 hand, Double Homozygous, Two Time World Champion APHA Black-Bay stallion “Becoming,” who will have his first foal crop arriving in 2022. Stallions are all negative on DnA panels.

I’m just a country gal living in a tiny little town, but due to chasing my dreams, I had a goal and a plan that I never altered from. I couldn’t love doing anything else more than what I do, and mostly love sharing great stallions with others. I have friendships world wide that have formed through the years, friendships formed because of the Stallions on the front cover of this magazine. I’m sending out a special Thank you to the staff and crew at McKinlay and Peters equine Hospital for your devotion and care of “Becoming” and “notorious Bp” in collecting and shipping semen. Great job!!!!
