Professional Graphic Design is Included in the Price of all Ads
Just send us the information and pictures you want included, along with any ideas you have about the general look of your ad, and our award winning design team will take care of the rest for you! We are happy to work with you to flesh out your ideas, give advice, and make sure that you end up with an amazing, effective piece of professional advertising.
Alternatively, if you’d like to design your ad yourself, we accept PDF files via email at HorsePreviews@spokane.Exchange. When designing your own ad, please ensure that your ad is CMYK, all photos are a minimum of 160dpi and are balanced for newsprint output. Designing your own ad does not affect the price.
Please reserve ads by the 15th of the month preceding the month in which the issue is to be published. For example, to be included in the January or Winter Issue, ads should be reserved by December 15th. We are sometimes able to accept ads after the 15th, so please contact us if you require extra consideration or time.
Special Position Requests
At the standard prices, all ads are placed run of paper (ROP). This means that ads are placed where space permits with no preference or special consideration. You can request that your ad appear on a specific page, or near (or away from) another advertisement or piece of content. However, this will incur an additional 15% charge.
Payment by your personal check or money order must accompany all mailed in advertisements. Please type or print your ad neatly. We are not responsible for accuracy from handwritten copy. Horse Previews will not be responsible for misinformation, misprints, typographical errors, etc. herein contained. We reserve the right to edit, alter, or refuse any advertising or articles for publication.
