Display Ads
Ads containing graphics, photos or special text. We can make up your ad professionally from your graphics, photos and copy. There is no additional charge for this service so your ad does not have to be "camera ready." Just sketch out your rough draft neatly and give us directions; we will do the rest. We do not accept proofs or negatives. If you prefer to submit "camera ready" artwork, please note that we require your ad to be printed with a laser printer, inkjet output is not acceptable.

Electronic Ad SubmissionWe accept ads electronically, via the Internet in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. Please ensure that all photographs are 160dpi and balanced for newsprint output. If you have any questions about electronic files, please call us.
PhotographsPlease mail carefully in a cardboard insert or protective mailing envelope. Place your name on the back of each photo. Photos will be returned if accompanied by a self-addressed, stamped, mailing envelope. Please do not cut or crop photos. If you wish to submit photographs electronically, we accept .jpg, .tif or .eps files at 160dpi. Please note that inkjet prints and color laser copies do not reproduce as well as true photographs.
DistributionOver 7100 copies of Horse Previews are distributed monthly in Washington, Idaho, Oregon, Montana and British Columbia. Pick up your FREE copy early at your western, tack, feed, farm & horse supply stores. Normal distribution is the first Thursday of each month.
Special PositionAll ads are positioned run of paper (ROP) at standard rates, without preference. Ads requesting premium or specific position other than ROP will incur an additional 15% charge.
DeadlineAll ads must be received by the 15th of the month to be published in the next monthly magazine.
Electronic EditionPortions of Horse Previews Magazine are distributed electronically on the World Wide Web the first Thursday of every month.
