Come Ride, Learn or Just Watch at the
Annual Horsin’ Around Horse & Mule Expo
in Sandpoint, June 19-21 at the Bonner County Fairgrounds

Unlike most expos, anybody can bring a horse or mule and ride in the events and clinics focused to please the entire family. Spectators can just watch, learn and enjoy the action packed fun weekend.

Participants compete for cash and/or prizes in a variety of events:

• Extreme Trail Race

• Battle of the Breeds

• Gaming

• Riding Clinics

• Trainers’ Challenge

• NW Mounted Shooters Demos and Clinic

• Kids Stick-Horse Rodeo

• Demonstrations & More

Sign up for one of the 12 spots available for the 3 day clinic with trainer Jack Mervin, who helps riders understand how horses move and learn. Jack and his twin brother, Rich Mervin, (2008 Expo’s Trainers’ Challenge Champions), developed the “Student of the Horse” training system. Four trainers from the Pacific Northwest will compete for the title as the 2009 Trainers’ Challenge Champion.

Our Extreme Trail Race is sure to challenge even the most daring horse/rider combo and is a spectator favorite!

Think your breed is the best? Prove it at our Battle of the Breeds competition where teams go head-to-head to claim the coveted title.

Sponsored in part by: joint oats 4 horses, Carter Country, Dog and Pony Show, Cobalt Trailer Sales, Co-op, Colt Interests Inc., PDIA, and Kohal Drywall.
