The Back Country Horsemen of Washington State invite you to join us at the 2008 Jubilee, to be held March 21st to 23rd, 2008 at the Kittitas Valley Event Center in Ellensburg, Washington. The event is being held to help us celebrate our new non-profit status (501-C-3) and to continue the perpetuation of the legal and moral claim by the American People to use horses and mules for recreation on Public Lands.
