Dry Sock Own Son of Dry Doc
Following an extensive search of Washington, Oregon, Arizona, Oklahoma and
Texas, the Horton's were finally introduced to Dry at the Bob Faulkenburg Ranch
in Winters, California.
Bob had purchased Dry Sock at the 1984 Reno Snaffle Bit Futurity where Dry
finished tied 11th in a field of over 200 horses.
Upon coming to California, Dry was shown exclusively at NRCHA Cutting Events.
In a short time, Dry had earned his ROM in cutting and was retired to ranch
work back in Winters.
Though Dry is very athletic and willing, these attributes are almost
overshadowed by his excellent temperament. Dry, as well as his get, have been
quite a joyful addition to the Right Hand Rail Ranch.
Gale, a Pat Parelli Level 2 Natural Horsewoman (working on her level 3), will
have Dry's very nice 2 and 3 year olds going and available for purchase this
summer.
