Rhythm InThe Wind
I had not planned on keeping another stallion, but when "Rhythm InThe Wind" was born, I knew he was a keeper. I started showing him in Halter as a weanling in 1990, and have shown him every year since, with great success.
In 1993, in the top 10 of the nation, he was 5th place in 3 year Halter Stallions. He also earned his R.O.M. in Halter that year. In 1994 he earned his R.O.M. in Non Pro Halter Stallion. Now we are working in Performance and he is close to getting his R.O.M. in Hunt Seat English Pleasure, and has points in Western Pleasure, Trail & Equitation, English & Western
With the Regional Club, he has consistently been High Point or Reserve High Point Stallion in Halter & Performance every year.
He has a gentle, kind & quiet disposition, which makes him a pleasure to ride and work with. He passes these qualities on to his foals, along with some nice color & excellent conformation. I have, so far, shown two of his foals as weanlings and did excellent in halter; one foal placed 2nd in a Futurity, winning $600. Both foals were sold as weanlings, to show homes, and will go on to performance. I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of next year's foals, as I have four of my own quality mares in foal to Rhythm InThe Wind, as well as several really nice outside mares.
We also helped support the Wishing Star Foundation by being in the Stallion Auction the past 2 years, and will continue to do so in the years to come.
