Golden West $2000 Incentive Program was captured by Dick Liliedahl, Temecula, California riding Justa Swinging Acre at the 2003 Dave Whittall Memorial Cutting Futurity, Non-Pro Division in Vernon, British Columbia on September 18-21. Dick received $1500 as owner and Jerry McGuire received $500 as the trainer.

Jerry McGuire riding Jazzys Top Eclipse owned by Barb Nelson. John Paul riding Chuckas Munez Brinks owned by Mel and Penny Gammond. Non-Pro finalist: Jazzys Top Eclipse ridden by Barb Nelson. Gelding Stakes Money Earner, Chuka Quixote ridden by Jerry McGuire, owned by Greg and Karen Jones.
