How Does The Horse Know It Will help?

Written by Sue Perdue, The Balanced Horse

If you are anything like I was 4 years ago, you probably think, "Why should I waste my money on some Hocus Pocus remedy that won't work?" Maybe your horse knows more than you do! Why does a treatment make them look, act and feel better if it is only Hocus Pocus? How can they have a preconceived feeling for what will help and more importantly, why do they act so much better after a treatment?

When I took my horse for a treatment the first time, I hoped it would help but didn't have much faith. After only ONE session, I had to admit there was a marked improvement in my horses movement and attitude. Since that day over 4 years ago, I have been on an amazing journey of discovery that will be never ending. The horses I work on are so grateful and relieved I know without a doubt they feel better both physically and mentally. Acupressure and Reiki are also amazing teaching tools, the unspoken bond that can be formed between human and horse is nothing short of mystic. Now I understand some of you will think I'm talking nonsense here, but think about how your horse can know when you are in a bad mood or that something is going to happen before it does. A bond is formed with the first touch and will never be broken.

I am currently working with my 19-month-old Quarter horse gelding All Day Bar Charge aka Sammy and the communication we have amazes me daily! I ask something of him and he does it almost before I have completely formed the request. For various riding disciplines; Dressage, Reining, Jumping or others the bond can be formidable. Wouldn't you love to REALLY communicate with your horse without saying a word? A Reiki Attunement between horse and rider can create this kind of bond. The possibilities are unlimited with Reiki, Acupressure and other healing modalities. Don't take my word, just have a treatment and watch the difference in your horses mental and physical health, they can't fake it or lie about it.

Give me a call at (509) 787-1043 or (509) 398-0101 or e-mail me sue@thebalancedhorse.com I would love to help you and your horse in whatever way I can. Also, visit my website a www.thebalancedhorse.com. Your horse can not and will not lie to you, if they say it works IT WORKS!
