This Fall, the Spokane County Fair & Expo Center will be the site for a spectacular celebration of horse and man... Ride The West, All Breed Horse & Trade Expo will be a supreme event for horse lovers in the Pacific Northwest. This two day show will be packed full of programs for all disciplines and all breeds. You will be able to attend Clinics & Seminars by world renowned clinicians in one of three Arenas, the Barns will be the location of an impressive number of Northwest Stallions for preview as well as a Breed Showcase Barn paying tribute to the diverse and talented variety of horses and mules that are popular in our area. In four separate grounds spaces you will find a tremendous selection of trailers, trucks, ranch equipment and machinery and four buildings full of incredible shopping opportunities from your favorite vendors of horse related merchandise and new products.

Whether you ride a world champion or enjoy the backwoods trails, you won't want to miss this Show. We will have display opportunities for non-profit clubs and organizations, as well as daily entertainment for the whole family. The clinic line up is impressive and growing all the time. Currently, we have signed Richard Shrake, Resistance Free&tm; Training - by watching his flawless teaching techniques, you will see why he has earned the title "The Master of Horsemanship". The Richard Shrake method of teaching allows all who follow his riding and training methods to gain the greatest possible insight into their horse's minds and their riding ability. He has written three top selling books: Resistance Free&tm; Riding, Western Horsemanship and Resistance Free&tm; Training.

Charles Wilhelm, the owner and founder of C.W. Training Center in Castro Valley, CA.-- Although he specializes in colt starting and working with problem horses, he trains and works with all disciplines--bridging the gap between horse and rider and between natural horsemanship and classical training. Charles has been featured on "Rick Lamb's The Horse Show" and has presented clinics at horse expos nationwide.

Van Hargis, Lonestar Horsemanship --from colt starting clinics to ranch roping clinics, presentations on collection to the concept of fear, trust and confidence, Van relates practical teaching methods and messages to everyone. Van has trained & competed in the show arena in events ranging from Western Pleasure to calf roping, and competed in the rodeo arena in calf roping, team roping and steer wrestling. You won't want to miss his clinic on Dealing with Obstacles/Spookiness but you better bring a tissue...this one is a real tear jerker!

This is your chance to see some of the industry's best for a fraction of the cost. Your $10.00 daily admission will include access to all clinics, children 10 and under are free with an adult paid admission. Show hours will be Saturday September 28th 9am - 8pm and Sunday September 29th 9am - 6pm. come early and stay all day. Each day will be jam packed with education, information and shopping!!
